Cutie Patootie

Well, here is my happy 8 week old boy! I'm back at work now, which is hard. But my husband decided that he would be willing to stay home with Matthew during the day and look for a part time evening/weekend job so that we won't have to put him in daycare. It's going to be tough financially, but still, what a relief! I was so anxious about leaving my little guy in the hands of strangers. I know that plenty of people do it and their children do just fine, but I would have cried non-stop for days. I cried most of the morning yesterday (my first day back at work), and all I did was leave the baby with his Dad! I only cried for a couple minutes this morning, so I'm already getting better. It's just hard to be away from him since I'm used to being with him pretty much 24/7.
